As a bodybuilder, fitness enthusiast, and mother, I have a burning passion for self-growth and the power of consistency and hard work in achieving one’s goals. Having experienced eating disorder tendencies, restrictive eating, and body image issues, I’ve emerged stronger. I found that seeking professional help, practicing self-compassion, and focusing on strength rather than appearance were key strategies in my journey to redefine my perception of a healthy lifestyle.

Post-pregnancy, I committed to health and fitness, leveraging macro tracking and progressive overload to fuel my workouts. This culminated in impressive strength gains and a significant, positive shift in my relationship with food and dieting, a change that has been both encouraging and motivating.

Coping with challenges at the end of 2019 led me to adopt a new mindset fueled by gratitude, a powerful force that changed how I viewed life. This shift in perspective has been enlightening and inspiring, guiding me through difficult times.

My passion for bodybuilding was ignited after moving to NWA in 2020, leading me to pursue personal training and fitness coaching. Despite past self-doubt, I was resolute and propelled myself into bodybuilding. I earned my NASM certification and started my personal training business. This journey has been incredibly fulfilling, and I've been able to help many clients achieve their fitness goals.

My past struggles have transformed into a relentless passion for helping others navigate their fitness and nutrition struggles and creating a sustainable lifestyle. My business now reaches a broader audience, both online and in-person, fostering healthier changes in their lifestyles.

I am now focused on becoming the best version of myself. Being the best mom I can be, pursuing less extreme fitness goals, and being there for my clients through their struggles. It has been a very rewarding journey thus far.
